Initial set up

Once the program is installed you can do a basic set up. Login to your admin center.
Setup Application
Click on SET UP Application (in the bottom of the left column). You will see the following screen.
As you can see this is a place to change a name of your loyalty program website, slogan, address, phone number, email, company information…
You will also set up an exchange rate. For example $1 is 100 points. It is up to you what exchange rate you want to use. We recommend 1 cent = 1 point.
Setup – Design
This is the place for changing feel and look of your website loyalty program. You can change basic colors, upload background picture, text color and earning icon (small button used for earning points on websites).
Setup – Homepage
This is the place where you can change text which appears on the homepage. It also allows upload your homepage picture.
Set up – Aministrators
Set up administrators who will be helping you administer loyalty program.

Is there a way to measure engagement of users on websites that allow wall posts, photo posts, blog posts, etc.?

You can set up an EARNING ONLINE CAMPAIGN and offer users points for posting blog posts, visiting certain pages, etc. Once you create a new campaing a HTML code will be generated. By placing the code to any WWW page will allow users to earn points online.

You can have as many campaigns and administrators as you want.

Can I have multiple non-related merchants participating under one program?

Yes, you can have multiple merchants participating as long as you keep everything only under your administration. They will not have separate access, separate admin, etc. You will have to manage everything from your admin.

@DAVID: For the moment we can not post the web addresses of our USA clients, but we can recommend our Finnish client http://ltsdemo.korttilinna.fi/ I did not really find HostMonter.com. If you had in mind HostMonster.com, and you are interested in how our loyalty software can help in the webhosting business, then the answer is simple: you offer points to your clients according to the amount of their purchases (or number of visitors or extra banners of your domain on their web-pages, etc.) and you can offer in exchange for these points different facilities (or temporary free subscription or different other gifts that you think your clients may be interested in). This process of earning and competition gives your clients a sense of dynamism of their relationship with you (their provider of services) and in the same time promotes their fidelity to you as a service provider – which is also your benefit. It can also work as an attractor of new clients if you offer interesting and valuable campaigns and promote them adequately.
