Here is an example of an installed loyalty program together with the information about how to access the Eastbiz Loyalty Program demo.
Our software is designed for two categories of users: administrators and regular users. Each of these two categories of users is enabled to operate according to their needs in the loyalty scheme.
Administrators
The companies offering the loyalty programs will have administrative rights and they will be able to access a web-page similar to the following:

Administration section allows you to:
- Manage users and users’ information
- Visualize and sort users according to their activity and their amount of earned points
- Search for specific users
- Set up campaigns for earning & spending points
- Create email campaigns
- Visualize statistics
- Set up the software (design, texts and basic set up)
- Set up the look of the regular user’s homepage
Regular users
The customers participating in the loyalty programs will have regular user’s rights and they will be able to access a web-page similar to the following:

In order to access the page visible to customers, you should create first a user in the Administration page (see above) and then use it to log in the Customers section.

As a regular user (or a customer) you will be allowed to:
- Manage your personal contact data
- Check the balance in points of your account
- Visualize the list of your transactions
- Participate in campaigns to earn or spend points
Important note!
The choice of themes and languages in the lower part of both of the administration pages and of the customers pages is available only in the demo version. The license includes only one theme and one language, which you can choose and specify before we send (or install for) you the loyalty software. The default language is English and the default theme is classic #1.
