Registration

Account information (transactions, statements)

Earning and Spending points sections with a rating function

Administration/Management Center.

The main module allows online registration of users. Users are able to see the status of their accounts and account activity through online statements. They are able to see the transactions which occurred and company can also view users who participated in their campaigns.

The Earning and Spending section is a list of active campaigns for earning and spending points.

Earning Points

Users can get points automatically by clicking on small logo (icon) on the websites or by manual transfer, where the merchant transfer points using their website administration center. This type of campaign can be used to give points for visiting certain section of website or for an online purchase (icon is placed on the success checkout page).

Users can earn points by shopping in regular stores (using their loyalty card). Merchant will add points manually during the checkout. It is done by scanning card (or entering user name/email) and adding points. Any computer with Internet access can get this job done.

Spending points

Spending campaign can be set up in admin center. It has a basic shopping cart functionality, where you can ofer certain products or services for number of points. User can click and purchase and you will see a pending transaction (redeem) in your admin. Once you ship a product you will click on approve and user will get a confirmation.

Spending (redeem) campaign can be done using loyalty cards. User will come to your store and present a loyalty card. You will scan the card and the screen will show you how many points (or dollars) are available. You can manually enter number of points (dollars) to redeem and process the transaction.

Coupons, voucher (gift certificates)

The loyalty software contains a special module for coupons, where members can get the coupons for shopping online or offline (in email or printed) and then redeem the coupons for points on the website.

Rating of loyalty campaings

A Rating function allows members to rate every campaign and the best campaigns are displayed as first on the list of campaigns. This is similar to eBay rating and gives very good feedback about type of campaigns your users prefer.

Admin center

The Administration/management center is used by the loyalty program provider. Functions in this center allow the provider to see all transactions, user list, payment information as well as the capacity to create new functions and services for users. The software also contains features that allow the ranking and display of the most active, richest or most popular members, etc.

There is a very easy way how you can create gift cards for you customers using Eastbiz Loyalty software.

How?

Instead of printing gift certificates or issuing gift cards (both can be quite expensive) you have two easy solutions available.

Just use existing loyalty cards and load each card with points.

When you set up your loyalty program you will decide the name of your program currency. It can be miles, points or any name you choose. It can be just dollars if you prefer simplicity.

In case you use points decide what will be an exchange rate. For example 10 points = $1. It can be any exchange rate you want and it is set up through your admin window.

Load card with the corresponding amount of points. For example you want to give someone $10 gift card. Just use their card and load it with 100 points. That way your customer can use the loyalty card use the money for a purchase.

Another solution is to use Gift certificates

Eastbiz Loyalty software allows printing of so called coupons. You can generate coupons directly from your admin center.

Set number of points, number of coupons, text and click generate. Our system will generate coupons (each with a unique code).

Mail or distribute the coupons to your customers. Customers can login to their accounts and redeem the paper coupons for points.

This is very easy replacement for Gift Certificates.

Let’s say you have decided to start your own loyalty / rewards program. Not only you want your customers having access online to their accounts, but you want them to have nice loyalty cards which they can use in regular stores.

Professional looking plastic loyalty cards

There are a lot of companies which will print you very nice plastic loyalty cards. You can have your own logo, pictures and text. Cards are usually printed on both sides in full color. You can have cards with signature strip, clear cards, frosted cards, matt laminated finishing, rounded corners, wiht hologram, bar code or magnetic strip.

Examples of cads printed by AllTimePRINT.com

Prices for printed cards

Prices start at $128 for 100 cards. One thousand cards is only $368. If you ad a bar code (that’s what we recommend) it adds $20 (for hundred cards) or $50 for one thousand cards. We think having professionally printed cards is the best solution. You can have a stack of thousand cards ready and each time you want to issue a new membership card you will quickly enroll it.

Enrollment of new members

You will enroll any new members through your admin center. Just click on add new member. Scan bar code on the new card and enter email address of the new member. That’s it. The account is set up. Your member will get a confirmation email. And can do rest of the account set (and online access) later.

Print your own cards – low cost version

There is one very low cost alternative if you don’t want to spend for professional printed loyalty cards. At our admin center click on generate bar code membership cards for each member. Each member (customer) will be then able to print their own membership card directly from their account. They can print it on regular paper (or harder paper for durability) and bring the card to your store for earning/redeeming points.

Print your own cards using your own printer

You can also purchase your own card printer and make your own cads. For example you can purchase Evolis Card Printer for only $999 (closeout price) at IDWholesaler.com.

http://www.idwholesaler.com/page/IDW/PROD/closeout/E2001/

Prints magnetic stripe.

Another example is double sided color printer Zebra P120i Barcode Printe from IDAUTOMATION.com

http://www.idautomation.com/printers/Zebra_P120.html

The above are just examples. There are many choices available.

One of the advantages of Eastbiz Loyalty Software is the possibility to set any rewards you want for your customers. First of all it is really up to you how you want to call your reward currency. It can be points, miles, rewards, fictional currency or any name you come up with. Just change the name of the currency in your admin center.

Then you have several choices how you want to reward your customers:

Products/services. As an admin you can enter any product or service to be redeemed for points. For example buy a CD for 1,000 points. There is an unlimited number of products or service you can set up. Your customers will be able to redeem online or in the store.

Discount for points. You can offer discount to your store (discount coupon or online coupon) to be redeemed for certain amount of points. For example get $10 OFF for just 1,000 points. Your customers can redeem online or in the store.

Redeem exchange rate. You can set any redeem exchange rate and have customers redeem points in your store (using a membership card). For example $1 for every 1,000 points.

Imagine that your small business needs loyalty/rewards program to motivate your customers. At the same time you want a minimum of headaches operating such program.

No paper statements, no paperwork

You don’t want to spend time and money to print and mail paper statements to your customers. It takes a lot of time to print and mail out. It takes money for postage. Someone has to do that.

But customers want to see how many points they earned. They want to see options how they spend the points. They want to see last transactions.

Eastbiz Loyalty Software allows all of that in easy to read format on the web.

Each customer will get an online access to their account.

More than that. Your customers can register online themselves for your loyalty/rewards program.

Customers will see current promotions/rewards and opportunities to earn points.

Customers will see all options and campaigns for redeeming points.

Customers will see last transactions (earn or redeem).
