No paper statements, no paperwork

Not only low low cost but also very smart!
Imagine that your small business needs loyalty/rewards program to motivate your customers. At the same time you want a minimum of headaches operating such program.
No paper statements, no paperwork
You don’t want to spend time and money to print and mail paper statements to your customers. It takes a lot of time to print and mail out. It takes money for postage. Someone has to do that.
But customers want to see how many points they earned. They want to see options how they spend the points. They want to see last transactions.
- Eastbiz Loyalty Software allows all of that in easy to read format on the web.
- Each customer will get an online access to their account.
- More than that. Your customers can register online themselves for your loyalty/rewards program.
- Customers will see current promotions/rewards and opportunities to earn points.
- Customers will see all options and campaigns for redeeming points.
- Customers will see last transactions (earn or redeem).

@kelvink_59 We can implement this too, but we think it’s always useful to give your clients the means to give you feedback. It will help you in your quest to create interesting and attractive campaigns and it’s not pushing the clients to rate it (which may be annoying). It just gives them the option to rate.

@Siaw Fo Sun
There is no confirmation e-mail sent to the customer. The e-mail + password are used to identify the customer as the one making the transaction. If you want to see your transactions (as a customer) you can look into the Statement area in the customer’s account.
