@Siaw Fo Sun Rectification to my previous reply: There is an e-mail confirmation, but it was not active in the demo version. Now it is and you can check it. There is no detailed information about the items redeemed. There is only data identifying your order for redeeming the respective item. If our clients would be interested in having extra details, we can hardcode a different message. A customizable message may be introduced in a furure release of the software.

@kelvink_59 We can implement this too, but we think it’s always useful to give your clients the means to give you feedback. It will help you in your quest to create interesting and attractive campaigns and it’s not pushing the clients to rate it (which may be annoying). It just gives them the option to rate.

Can you show me the confirmation email that customer receive when they redeem points ? Does this confirmation email automatically show the description details of items redeemed ?
