Initial set up

Once the program is installed you can do a basic set up. Login to your admin center.

Setup Application

Click on SET UP Application (in the bottom of the left column). You will see the following screen.

As you can see this is a place to change a name of your loyalty program website, slogan, address, phone number, email, company information…

You will also set up an exchange rate. For example $1 is 100 points. It is up to you what exchange rate you want to use. We recommend 1 cent = 1 point.

Setup – Design

This is the place for changing feel and look of your website loyalty program. You can change basic colors, upload background picture, text color and earning icon (small button used for earning points on websites).

Setup – Homepage

This is the place where you can change text which appears on the homepage. It also allows upload your homepage picture.

Setup – Administrators

Set up administrators who will be helping you administer loyalty program.

    You can set up an EARNING ONLINE CAMPAIGN and offer users points for posting blog posts, visiting certain pages, etc. Once you create a new campaing a HTML code will be generated. By placing the code to any WWW page will allow users to earn points online.

    You can have as many campaigns and administrators as you want.

    Yes, you can have multiple merchants participating as long as you keep everything only under your administration. They will not have separate access, separate admin, etc. You will have to manage everything from your admin.

    You can install our application on your own servers too (or we can do it for you for 200$ extra). You only need to observe the requirements: Windows based hosting platform and SQL support for the database.
