Where does EastbizLoyalty Software run? 
EastbizLoyalty Software runs completely on a Internet server. Any user or management can have instant access to the EastbizLoyalty system from any computer with an Internet connection and standard web browsing software. No special software installation is required on the client's computer. We are taking care of installation and technical support.

What about Installation? 
Eastbiz Net will install and configure the software. After you place an order, the whole process takes about 7 days. If you request modifications it can take 2-4 weeks. We currently run our own servers and install application there. We take care of technical support.

What programming languages and tools were used to build it? 
MS SQL 7.0 orm MS 2000 (Structured query language, using stored procedures), ASP (Active Server Pages). JAVASCRIPT. Software is based on standard Microsoft technology. 

How many users does it support? 
It depends on how active your members are. It can support hundreds of thousands of users and millions of operations per day. A larger volume of traffic requires sufficent hardware to support it.

How about some changes in page design, text, scripts, etc.? 
Web design of all pages can be changed. We can include ASP and SQL scripts to any design. There are two options. Either the client provides us with his/her own page design and we only install the scripts, or we design the pages from scratch to the client's specifications. Both of these options are subject to further specification and a separate contract.
 

How much does it cost?

EastbizLoyalty is a completely Internet-based application. It can be easily modified to your exact specifications. Language translations are not included in the price. Information text pages have to be supplied by the client. A single EastbizLoyalty Software license is not limited to any number of partners  or users. As your loyalty program grows, we will not charge any additional fees. 
 

Basic description 
EastbizLoyalty Software is comprised of one main module with functions for 

- Registration 
- Account information (transactions, statements) 
- Earning and Spending points sections with a rating function 
- Administration/Management Center. 

The main module allows online registration of users and companies. The registration form verifies the email address (members have to activate their account by clicking on a link which they receive via email). Users and companies are able to see the status of their accounts and account activity through online statements. They are able to see the transactions which occurred and companies can also view the IP addresses of users who participated in their campaigns. 

The Earning and Spending section is a list of active campaigns for earning and spending points. Users can get points automatically by clicking on small logo (icon) on the websites or by manual transfer, where the merchant transfer points using their website administration center. Spending is possible using the small icon on the websites or connecting with existing shopping cart applications.  The system contains a special module for coupons, where members can get the coupons for shopping online or offline (in email or printed) and then redeem the coupons for points on the website. A Rating function allows members to rate every campaign and the best campaigns are displayed as first on the list of campaigns. 

The Administration/management center is used by the loyalty program provider. Functions in this center allow the provider to see all transactions, member lists, payment information as well as the capacity to create new functions and services for members. The software also contains features that allow the ranking and display of the most active, richest or most popular members, etc. 
 

Additional modules include: 

- Discussion Boards with Personal Page cards 
- Online dating service connected with Personal Page cards
- Lotto where users can bet and win points
- Text advertising module

The Discussion boards have a function which allows every user to have small icon representing him/her on the discussion board. Every member also has their own page where they can write a personalized message, choose their picture, display their favorite links and write a few words about themselves. Every member has their own private message page for private messages from the Online dating service or the Discussion boards. The card also contains a popularity meter which displays the popularity of the user. These features are very effective for building a strong community and increases user activity and word of mouth growth. 
 

The Online dating service is also connected to the users Personal Page Card where other users can leave a message for a particular user. 

The Lotto allows members to bet and win with points. The Lotto is one of the ways used to decrease the amount of points in the system. The profits earned by merchants running Lotto can be used for self-promotion campaigns or other purposes. 

The Text advertising module is advertising management software which allows merchants to place and manage text advertising around the site.

As you can see the main function of the software is for operating a loyalty program but it is also a very effective tool for creating a very strong community site which in turn increases member activity and growth.
