Software license for unlimited merchants (vendors) and users. Based on MS ASAP, MS SQL $25,000 excluding translation to local version.
Joint venture/Partnership*
We run servers, hardware, technical aspect. You run sales and marketing.		 $5,000 initial investment and profit sharing agreement.
