Where does EastbizLoyalty Software run?  
EastbizLoyalty Software runs completely on  Internet server. Any user or management can have instant access to the your EastbizLoyalty system from any computer with an Internet connection, and standard web browsing software. No special software installation is required on the client's computer. 

What about Installation? 
Eastbiz Net will install and configure the software on any Internet server of your choice. All you need is access to the Internet, as well as server space. You may own your own server, or we will be glad to locate/host a service for you. After you place an order, the whole process takes about 7 days. You can choose to install EastbizLoyalty on our server or yours. The server must be Windows NT or 2000, have ASP extensions installed, as well iMail (or other e-mail software). EastbizLoyalty runs on servers with MS SQL 7.0 databases.  

What programming languages and tools were used to build it? 
SQL 7.0 (Structured query language, using stored procedures), ASP (Active Server Pages). JAVASCRIPT.
 

How many users does it support? 
It depends on how active your members are it can support hundreds of thousands of users and millions of operations per day. The bigger traffic requires sufficient hardware. We will be more than happy to offer consultation on which hardware you should choose.  

How about some changes in page design, text, scripts, etc.?  
Web design of all pages can be changed. Web design of all pages can be changed. We can include ASP and SQL scripts to any design. There are two options. Either the client provides us with his/her own page design and we only install the scripts, or we design the pages from scratch to the client's specifications. Both of these options are subject to further specification and a separate contract.

EastbizLoyalty is a completely Internet-based application. It can be easily modified to your exact specifications. Language translations are not included in the price. Information text pages have to be supplied by the client. A single EastbizLoyalty Software license is not limited to any number of partners  or users. As your loyalty program grows, we will not charge any additional fees.
